When I was in a high-school I visited Britain few times.
After 1989 when Americans started coming to the Czech republic I met some of them and made some friends. I had to speak English in every daylife and about everyday life.
I graduated as an elementary teacher at Charles University. Before that I had already worked with children. I went to the camps as a leader and I worked in the afterschool club in Skola Hrou school - the very first private elementary school in Prague. Before starting the University I had passed the State Exam of English.
For a while I worked as an English teacher in a school in Davle where I taught English from the 1st till the 8th grade.
I attended the RWCT workshops (Reading and Writing for Critical Thinking) and some other Further Educational workshops.
In 2010 and 2012 I visited USA. The first trip was to St.Louis, Illinois where I visited my friends and stayed with them for a month. I had a chance to see some of American schools and talk to some teachers.

Before Wheaton I spent a week in New York where my friend teaches ESL (English as Second Language). I went to see her teach in her school in Brooklyn.
Since September 2014 I have been teaching English in Dobříš´s school.
