Two students prepared a role - play as the ones who were supposed to present today were missing. We had a Reading lesson today. The students tried to list why it is benefitial to read books in English. They then picked a book, looked at pictures and tried to predict what the book will be about....

We listened to Leontina´s and Natalie´s dialogue about Prons and Cons of Healthy Lifestyle. Very creative, out of box, outstanding dialogue! Well done! The students gave them feedback about their show :-). We dedicated the rest of the lesson to talking about what makes and what doesn´t make...

Discussion about homework was interesting and the students gave some useful suggestions. We did listening comprehension afterward.

Danda and Erika presented their dialogue - awesome job! The students gave them feedback. We then practised who and which. Each student has to write something or someone on a card and in pairs they described their items using who or which to their schoolmate. He / She was to guess what / who it is.

Valentine´s Day - we talked about what the Valentine´s Day is. We watched Valentine´s rap and talked about some idioms connected with Valentine´s Day and love :-)

Today the presenters were not at school, so two students were asked to do a role play. They had some time to get ready. The rest of the class worked on listening comprehension meanwhile. The topic was Helathy lifestyle. By the way, the boys did a good job with their role-play !

The students gave feedback of yesterday lesson with Mrs. Forehand. We talked about different parts of speech and about how nouns and adjectives are related. The students read an article from book on page 24, highlighted adjectives and then did exercise for noun-adjective practise.
